Attending another wedding is actually an experience for him as he's never really been to other weddings aside from his own. And it truly was like watching a fairy tale unfold, one that he couldn't help but smile and give heartfelt well wishes. To see others like himself and Tifa finding love wanting to spend the rest of however long they have here in this world... It helps reinforce his own beliefs and resolve for trying to find a way to let more people live out their dreams here.

Thus, after the ceremony he waits a bit with Tifa before separating as he wanted to gather some of those flowers just for her. Sssh, he can be romantic when he wants...
