Gokudera’s just a bit of a jerk. He doesn’t know this guy and doesn’t feel the need to just… give him what he wants, even if he asks him nicely. Flattery will get Gen nowhere when they don’t know each other and Gokudera doesn’t understand what motives this person may actually have.

He can be crafty as well.
