[Alastor's turns to face her as the stone horses charge towards him, ready to trample him to second death...]
[...and winks.]
[As the horses reach him, there's a mighty BOOM like a thunderclap too close to the ground, loud enough to make one's ears ring. Stone dust kicks up, obscuring that part of the battlefield. It looks like the horses in their haste to trample Alastor slammed into each other as well. Perhaps not a big loss to Rasputin overall if he could simply summon more minions.]
[In the thick plumes, the sound of calm hooves clicking on the ground can be heard when the ringing dies down. Ribbons of white light can be seen in the dust as something approaches. The breeze begins carrying the stone dust away.]
[There lie the stone horses, massive chunks of them having been blown to dust as the sonic boom penetrated the tiniest cracks in their sculped surfaces and ripped the statues wide open.]
[In the center, walking calmly towards Rasputin, is a tall figure with wickedly-sharp black antlers branching outwards. White ribbons of power flowing with eldritch symbols twine around the antlers and through the now-repaired signature red coat. Not quite the Radio Demon in his full glory, but the combination of the "guardian of the forest" and "divine messenger" depictions of deer in folklore definitely put quite the sparkle on Alastor.]
[He casually reaches up to sweep off some of the dust from his shoulder.]
Well, I can honestly say I didn't expect that. Impressive. [His grin widens.] But if that's your best trick, sir, you're still sorely outclassed.
Because Alastor is a dramatic bastard.
