[Eustace continues to thunder over the vines and leaping when he needs to to land on the rocks. And for that final one... It's a longer jump, one that he even questions if he'll make. For a brief moment after he leaps off the lip of that vine bridge, they soar through the air, the ground now hundreds of feet beneath them. If they fall, fall damage kills them it would be almost certain death, if not sustaining critical injuries.
Closer and closer the rock nears, and it looks like they might make it. But the rock seems to move, just enough where Eustace's front paws land but his hind legs slip and he falls back as he tries to keep his upper half on the rock.]
