"Let us say I believed you," he said, sounding calm. "How many times did you try before you were able to use lightning? How many times did you try to learn any of the moves you consider signature?" He tucked his hands into his sleeves. "If you are giving up after only a small handful of attempts then perhaps all I thought I knew of you was incorrect indeed."
