Besides that, she's clearly been compromised beyond repair at this point, she can no longer even control her actions-
But there's still something about them that rankles her. They should be true. Allowing this to defeat her isn't just painful, it isn't just something that hurt the few people she genuinely cared about- it's a failure. A sloppy, foolish defeat, one she should have been able to foresee and prevent.
