Rei's been trained to conceal a lot of physical pain or discomfort, whether he's focused on doing so or not, and he trusts his body will sort itself out on its own. Besides, he knows his limits and can push through any illness to focus on other things. He's not unlike a cat in a way, a master of masking anything that might be physically wrong.]
