[For just the first moment, Link is too busy with his hack-and-slash routine to notice the skeleton's halt. Maybe it would not be too far off to describe him as enthralled; he has never been one for bloodlust, really, but there is something invigorating about the challenge of figuring out how to best a powerful enemy. Weird hobbies, but okay.

Besides...it has been a long time since he wielded the Master Sword. It's like a wayward companion come home, one you wish to greet properly.
He does finally note the spell, though, looking from Zelda to the skeletal feet stuck fast in the ground. Incredible. Wasting no time, Link gets to work, climbing the last few rungs of the creature's ribcage as a ladder, holding tight. Just because Steve's feet are stuck doesn't mean the rest of him is.
Then, taking care to position himself, he raises the sword with the finality of a powerful strike. Steve's arm separates from its body, chainsaw and all. The creature writhes in response.]
