[Oh no they don't. He knows water isn't going to help him but fire? Fire might. He blasts some of the leaves with the flame, leaving charred remains behind.
He flees, and when he sees the next one, he blasts it with fire too.
Hopefully there's no one encircled by those leaves...]
II. Leafever
[Since he's taken out a few leaves, or been set upon by some Demyx feels...tired. Run down. His nose is running. A sniffle...a sniffle...and Demyx sneezes.
A rush of water drops by on the nearest person, soaking them to the bone.
Demyx sniffles and jumps.]

III. Treant?
[Demyx had been dragging himself around sick for a couple of days but his symptoms are getting worse. He's secreting a sticky substance instead of sweat that might be sap and he feels himself moving slower and slower.
Soon enough, he'll be completely frozen in place, positioned as though he were trying to get comfortable.
There's bark already appearing on parts of his face, but under his clothes there's a lot more. The sap dripping from his pores might be a good hint as to what he needs to be cured.]
