I do believe that some folks are hosting classes and training sessions from time to time. If you’re able to meet them, I bet that they will be more than happy to teach you how to shoot fireballs at the enemies. And perhaps the Wikki Archives has some books on utilizing fire magic as well that you might be interested in checking out.
