(Even as someone who is very used to heavy snowfalls, what Anya witnessing outside from her windows is beyond normal. In fact, she hasn’t seen a blizzard this huge back in Russia so it did took her by surprise when she woke up earlier in the morning. Pooka and Mashka are currently curling up by the fireplace in an attempt to stay as warm as possible while she looks out from the window to see if anyone trapped outside needs help.
It might as well be sheer luck that she is near the window when she sees five Raisin Crows knocking on it, cawing in concern and just wanting to find shelter. She knows those crow caws when she hears one so she goes out to find out why they are knocking on her window.)
