The way his son was shaking looked painful, but at least it was a response, which was an improvement over the unnatural, frozen stillness. Knowing from having tried one himself that these strange plums had no stones, he tried to gently push the bite sized fruit past his son's lips, counting on reflex to take over from there. He wasn't sure what this ice mirror had done to him, but he clearly needed to get Adrien away from it as soon as possible.
