Tifa has no idea what's going on, and this glitter snow is everywhere that it's even beginning to wear on her seemingly endless patience, sticking to her hair and her clothes and everything else in sight. She wishes the dogs would be more averse to it considering how caught up it gets in their fur but no, the girls have been loving this change... much to the Starflower staff's dismay.
It's about a block away from said café that she finds a familiar face—one that she hasn't seen in quite some time, and he looks like he'd just taken a leap into a pile of snow... which, seeing said pile not far from where they are answers her suspicions.
She overhears him by accident, coming up to greet him from behind, her youngest corgi in tow and a bag in her hands, when he mumbles under his breath.]
