Gabriel gave him an understanding look; he knew this whole business was rather awkward. "I wasn't really able to practice things like handwriting extensively until I was in college," he said. "My own parents were rather... traditional, and didn't think that things like sewing, fashion, and aesthetics were appropriate interests for a young man."
