Can someone who was trapped as a sleeper also do posts for other parts/tag out presuming those things take place after they were woken?

Can the people who helped them find the memories see the memories?

And Najaran specific - Kelpies and Will o' the Wisp are actual creatures in Najaran's canon, though she has never had either in her Book as far as I know. Could she befriend a Kelpie this event and spend a regain bauble or some other cost after it is over to keep the Kelpie as a Card?
