[As the swan recomposes herself, the other swans congregate back around her as she seems to... interact with them. But once Tobias gets closer to the jar, a very passionate voice emits from a young girl as she peeks around her locker door to eye a boy down the school hallway.]
"Arnold, what a nerd. What a goof. What a tiny-hatted little creep. How I hate him. And yet..."
[One quick glance around her before she pulls out a golden, heart-shaped locket.]
"I love him! Oh Arnold, bastion of sanity in this crazy, mixed-up world in which we live. How tender I feel when you brush past me. How I forget my cares. How the essence of you lingers, sweeping the air. And I feel peace, true peace at last..."
[As this plays out in the jar, the swan gesticulates to the other birds like she's narrating some grand story. And only then can one notice that, even as a bird, the motions are just as dramatic, just as poetically executed as the girl shown in the jar.]
