He summons a thorned vine from the ground to attempt to wrap around the fleeing person, and if successful, will attempt to fling said person toward the direction they were fleeing from. Then, he summons a plethora of magic bullets, ready to fling them at the wannabe fleeing idiot.

Flowey can do this all day, even when permanently frozen. And to be honest? The demoness is very, VERY lucky that Flowey hasn't decided to enter a monster-style battle... yet. ...How long is this freezing effect gonna last?
