Almost like he'd done this before and just knew the routine to get things moving as easily and quickly as possible. Also did let his own light attach, letting it keep ahead to light up the ground just in front to help hopefully avoid anything happened.
Or spot a Noctaere if it decided to pop it's head in from somewhere- "Keep frosty."
