That's the most difficult part of all of this; bringing together a group of folks so different and expecting them to get along and work together. It's possible, I helped do it for a war. Should be possible if enough folks want it here.
If there isn't enough who care or want something like this? Next best thing, get to know people who act as vigilantes. Know the people to reach out to and suggest some organization there; teamwork. Might keep some from getting in over their head and not stumbling in on a job in progress unknowingly.
Teamwork saves lives, no matter what sort of team that may be. Different skillsets tend to work best to pick up where another might lack and so on.
