[... Yep, he's rubbed off on his daughter, hasn't he? Truth be told, he doesn't like it that she's taking on quite that much of a burden, but he feels he'd be a hypocrite if he stopped her in her tracks for a multitude of reasons. He wants her to have freedom; to be able to follow her dreams and not be deterred by antiquated notions of what women should or should not do. He just wishes she'd slow down a bit.
