[ To be fair, Hunter didn't expect Tenn to keep his promise. After all, the guy's either busy or he just said that to get back to other stuff. That was the assumption, anyway.
So seeing this message in the journal's equivalent of DMs comes as a surprise! An awkward surprise.
The timing kept it from being pleasant. By the time Tenn offered, it was a couple of days since Hunter had an episode where he chased a particularly annoying duck. On all fours. Barking. In public. So Hunter's first thought when he read this message was "OMG did he see me losing it out there?!"
He wasn't sure if he wanted to respond at all and risk having to explain himself without looking like a complete basket case, but then again he didn't know too many people who had a better grip on transformation abilities and sometimes dog traits come in handy. SO. . . ]
Cool. I'll see ya soon.
[ Hunter has to make sure he's fully human and presentable before getting anywhere near the guy. At least he already managed to get a half-decent haircut near the beginning of the month. Hopefully if he looks put together, Tenn won't ask too many questions.
So he follows the directions in the message and finds himself at a pretty cool treehouse, actually. A bit weird, but really cool. Tea smells nice...
Wait. No. Mustn't get too distracted.
Hunter's just a touch hesitant but he still tries knocking on the door. ]
