It's possible. It was a sudden change at that time, but it was sort of a double nightmare situation early on into our time here, so it might have been a special case. I'm familiar with the sensation of darker energy and transformation, so I would think if it was a slower process over time, there'd be warning signs I would notice. Mental and metaphysical, at least, if not external.
