Yes, it did attacked the Index at various points too. Though I wasn’t around when the attacks occurred since both me and my dog came to the world much later.

I was able to hear it from several locals who witnessed the other Aspects fending it and the Erasers in those encounters. As for other worlds before this one and the other world, I am not so certain at the moment.
