[They'll figure it out. Where Eustace is concerned, things always fall into place somehow, and the way that Tifa is picturing it in her head, she thinks they won't have to sacrifice much of their own privacy at all. It's not as if the dogs want any part of it anyway, so at least everyone is on the same page...!!!

Tifa pauses, and her free hand finds his arm, and she gives him a sweet smile.]

I know. But no one's saying that we have to get rid of this place. We could always do something special with it. Clean it up a bit, turn it into a little getaway house we can come to when we wanna get away for a while. The dogs could come and go if they wanted, too.

[Or something else entirely, but their options are almost endless with what they could do with this tree without abandoning it. Tifa knows how special this place is to all of them, and if she were in their position, she wouldn't want to completely leave it behind either.]
