Mm… well, in a way, yes. Though habit and a lingering sense of duty keep me from travelling too far away from Liyue, having the freedom of experiencing life from a mortal standpoint is a learning experience in and of itself. I would not be able to experience a festival such as this were I still bearing the mantle of Rex Lapis.

Still, old habits are difficult to shake, and as such I have begun working as a consultant as the Wangsheng Funeral Parlour as a means of keeping myself occupied. [He’s still something of a workaholic in that regard, difficult to just sit idly by.] But I have discovered that taking things slowly and at one’s pace can help one find a new appreciation for things that may seem small to beings such as us.
