[Whooooooa. He can't help but be a bit surprised by that, watching first how their blades hit at the same time and then at Kainé suddenly next to him. It's not the move itself that surprises him, but it her being the one to do it.

However he can't let that distract too much, especially as the impact of both their blades send the monster staggering before swinging one of its large, ungainly jawbreaker chain arms at them. Quickly he has to jump back.]
