Obviously we don't have any idea what they are. The stake is just a for instance. So if none of the seeds need a stake, then great, it's just there. If they do, it's there. But if we grew seeds and it turns out they needed that extra support, by the time you realize the plant might die out.
Too bad we don't have anything ornamental for fun. Like bonsai, but they wouldn't exactly be handing those things out.
