[ He seems remarkably unconcerned, considering the situation. Even if the owlet's trying to protect itself rather than hurt anyone else, there's a very real risk of damage or injury regardless. Turning to Marui, Naminé opens her mouth to offer a late apology anyway, only to pause when he speaks again. Perhaps it isn't the time for contrition, she realizes; he might have the right of it by going with the flow. There's a beat of hesitation, but when she responds her voice sounds more confident than she might have expected. ]

Sure.

[ Though she's always been the quiet type, Naminé finds she enjoys this song more once she hears it start. Or - it might just be that it suits his nature better to sing it; whatever the case, it's a welcome change of pace. Despite her concentration on keeping the force of the wind she's conjuring as exactly opposite to the owlet's as she can manage, it doesn't escape Naminé that they're finally beginning to make headway. The feeling of the song washes over her, too, and abruptly she's reminded of how much emotion plays a part in the state of this place, just as it does in the magic itself.

So it may be that she's thinking of this too much as a battle and not enough as an attempt to soothe a tantrum. Though harming the panicking bird was never her intention, suddenly it seems prudent to make not harming it a more obvious priority. Gradually, the tone of her spell changes alongside the assistance of Marui's singing; the gust she's been creating becomes something else, less an opposite force and more gentler sort of negation, a cessation of the wind altogether as the air calms in places along the path of his efforts.

This, too, is more in keeping with her own inclinations, kindhearted as she is. Though she might not speak it aloud, the placid feeling in the air that's made peaceful by her magic says the, 'We're not going to hurt you,' that she doesn't. ]
