Zelda is on her way home from the market this afternoon, carrying a waterproof leather satchel containing her purchases from Wild Harvest and the apothecary, when she notices the light from the greenhouse. Curious, she goes to investigate, unbothered by the fact that it probably belongs to whoever lives in the treehouse nearby. Zelda has grown accustomed to the casual, communal nature of Reverein. What she sees first when she peeks in through the glass is the distinctive blue glow of the aptly named Glowing Dawn and an unfamiliar figure nearby with their back to Zelda.
Someone is managing to grow the Dawn domestically? Hadn't Jude told her that no one had managed such a feat yet? (Granted, that was in December.) Then again, Jude hadn't shared many details about any other dreamwalkers involved with the Dawn, except for a Mr. 76 and an unidentified companion.
