1. Fae Moon Mirror.
[The disappearance of the moon is concerning enough. Alphen can only hope things will get better in Reverein before they get worse. He's really wishing for the best. Trying to lend a hand to those in need is exactly what needs to be done in a situation like this. He begins searching for shards of the mirror but unfortunately his luck isn't very good. His sense of direction isn't that great. Alphen can be found suspiciously on of one of the treetops if you can manage to get up there.]
You can see so much from up here, but I still don't see anything that looks like a mirror shard.
[He can hear some shuffling and moving around the area so he remains alert. Maybe he's not alone after all. ]
How are things with you?
2. Flower Blossom Owls.
[Alphen is used to being around an owl or two but these ones seem a little different from the ones back in his world. They're covered in pink blossoms. They've been friendly so far so Alphen tries to call out to them a few times but it's not working. After some time he figures that calling out to them normally might just be scaring them off instead. So he attempts to lure the owl out.]
I think these owls are hungry. Would you happen to have any more fruit on you? I used up my last one a while ago.
[He speaks to anyone who may be nearby with the owls perched up in peoples flower beds and crops. It'd be better if the owls could find a home with the trees and settle there where they wouldn't get hurt.]
They keep coming back for more food and they're really friendly. I might want to give them a name.
[Do not name the owls.]
3. At the treehouse.
[Alphen's is getting really tired of the moldy laundry piles back at home. His brows furrow until he sighs into a frown. He thought that burning older clothes that can no longer be used might free up space and give him peace of mind.]
I thought I might try helping with some of the chores.
[Maybe by incinerating moldy clothing would help, yeah. He doesn't want to burden Kisara too much with all the cleaning.]
Burning stuff is one way to get things done. Are you any good at cleaning?

...Best wedding I ever went to. Well, only wedding I ever went to, but you get what I mean.
no subject
[ The density and apparent lack of braincells is already so thick. He still hasn't processed that it might have been his wedding....]
Did you marry Rinwell?
[ goodbye ]
no subject
[Law's taken aback by Alphen's question there. Like completely in shock.]
Did you get hit on the head or something?! Not my wedding, you dumbass, yours! Your wedding!
no subject
You shouldn't go calling me a dumbass because of something like that. I really thought you married Rinwell.
[ He's going to pull on Law's ear and see how he likes it. ]
It wouldn't be much of a wedding without all of our friends.
no subject
The whole reason I'm even telling you this is because you asked about your wedding, why would I talk about mine?!
[You're dumb, Alphen. You earned that dumbass comment.]
no subject
[Big bro is just concerned... Maybe Law wants to take up fatherhood like Zephyr?]
I would be happy if everyone was there smiling and holding hands.
[Alphen's going to go up and hug Law!! He's happy to hear the news but unfortunately Alphen also smells like butts still so the stench might rub off. ]
no subject
[Yeah, that stench is overpowering, Law can only tolerate a couple seconds of the hug before he's trying to force his hands up to push Alphen away.]
No one's gonna be smiling and holding hands if you smell like this, they're gonna be too busy pinching their noses!
no subject
[ That's because he's used to his own scent. ]
Then again I am just another Dahnan. We never knew what it was like to be free until recently. Our rights were taken away from us by the lords and their rulers. We're just going to have to keep on fighting for our freedom. That way we won't have to keep on living as slaves....and maybe I'll get to see the future you saw.
People are counting on us to do our part and many dreams rest on our shoulders. I'll need you there with me.
[ stuck with the unfortunate stench it seems. ]
no subject
Yeah, yeah. I'll follow you to the ends of the earth. But I think I'm gonna stay away from being downwind of you until you learn how to bathe.

Being clean and healthy are good things. They're just...things we never had back home.
I couldn't even walk without asking for permission. We were always starved. It's not right that we had to live like that.
no subject
[And look what his naivete got him.]
You're right, it's not right we lived like that. But now's our chance to live better than that. Look at us, we've all got a house together and things... Well, they're aren't perfect, but it's pretty peaceful here. It ain't home, but it's practice for when we're back there.
[Look what you're doing to him, Alphen. You're rubbing off on him with your corny speeches.]
no subject
[ He closes his eyes and takes in a deep breath. Law has been through quite the ordeal at home. ]
We have a roof over our heads, walls that don't break, and enough food to keep us fed. As long as we can live in a safe place with the people we love we'll be just fine.
I don't need much more than that.
no subject
Guilty? Sure. But I don't regret it. I wouldn't be standing here with you if I didn't do that.
[He wishes things could have turned out better, but he wouldn't his experiences for this hypothetical better timeline.]
no subject
You've helped so many people, Law. You've helped me. So let's keep working together.
[ He's just gonna pat Law on the shoulder very awkwardly. ]
no subject
[He doesn't think he's done all that much, not when weighed against all the things he'd done in the Snake Eyes. He still had a ways to go before he could reach Alphen's level of helping people.
When Alphen pats him on the shoulder, he knocks Alphen's hand away with his arm. And then he holds up his forearm for a fistbump, a cheeky grin on his face. Come on, do this right.]
no subject
That's how you want to do it. Well, alright.
[ He returns with a fist bump. That should work fine. ]
Is my fistbump not good enough for you?
