[Despite this being a dream world with very little currency or obligations, Yujin Mikotoba is a busy man! He's not one to sit still, and so, he doesn't. Throughout the month, at least up until the moon incident, he can be found in several locations.

The Communal Clinic is a favorite, as he feels it's his responsibility as one of the few doctors around Reverein to be present in case of an emergency. Still, as there aren't many patients, he can often be found cleaning, reading or writing. The clinic has several patient rooms, a cafeteria and Yujin even has his own office. The research department on the second floor is quiet at the moment, as there aren't too many ongoing projects.

The Greenhouse outside the Mikotoba household is another spot he can frequently be encountered. When he's not tending to the flowers, sleeves rolled up to the elbow to ensure they won't get dirty, he'll be dozing in a lounge chair near one of the glass walls. It's very warm and humid in there; he just can't resist the lure of afternoon naps.

In the evenings, he often visits the Wild Harvest for a meal and a drink. With his kids basically running the place, he's always sure to be served a dish to his liking. Though he tends to stick to a corner table by himself, anyone's free to join him.]

[Toge glances at the nearby door, before glancing back at the man and nods.]

Salmon, salmon.

[Sounds good to him! He follows the older man into the room, glancing around it as he does. He heads over to the cot and sits down on it, bouncing a little on it before he writes some more in the journal.]

It's called Cursed Speech. I can tell someone to do something and they'll be forced to do it, but doing so makes a backlash on me. If I use it too much, it tears up my throat. I've used throat medicine back home and the potions here to help make sure I don't mess my throat up too much, but usually back home I have someone who can look it over and make sure I don't cause any damage. The potions here have been working well, but I don't wanna risk anything.

[That Cursed Speech sounds like a dangerous power to Yujin, not just for the effect it has on the user but for the effect it has on the target. Something like that could prove horrific in the wrong hands.]

I see, so it's a physical sort of tearing? Injuries of that type along the throat lining can prove very troublesome. They're difficult to keep a close eye on and even more difficult to keep clean. [He adjusts the lighting in the room to face Toge and reaches for a small wooden spatula- a tongue depressor.] How about you open your mouth wide, and I'll have a look?

[It can definitely be dangerous! He's definitely had some accidental incidents growing up. It's why he's so cautious and talks the way he does. The last thing he wants is to accidentally curse anyone again.]

[Toge nods in understanding and moves to his high collar, tugging down the zipper and pulling his collar open. When he opens his mouth, it puts his Snake and Fangs seals on his cheeks and tongue on full display, but hopefully they're not too distracting.]

[As for the state of his throat? It hasn't been causing much pain, but it does look a little red from a cursory glance.]

[The seals certainly catch Yujin's eye. He peers at them for a brief moment, wondering if they're merely ornamental tattoos or not, then shifts his attention to the task at hand. Toge's tongue is pressed down with delicate care so that the throat area is in clear view. Once he's made an assessment he's satisfied with, he withdraws the depressor again, frowning lightly.]

[They are most definitely etched into his skin like a tattoo might be, and definitely more practical than ornamental... though he can't really articulate that right now. When Yujin pulls back Toge closes his mouth, before nodding.]

[He then writes a quick few words on his journal.]
