[A - Communal Garden]
Kazuma never thought he'd have a green thumb until his experience in the Realm of Stories revealed he actually liked taking care of plants. So when he heard about the communal garden, he of course wanted to check it out.

There were some empty patches when he visits, others already in use. He probably should have brought something to plant as well, something to keep in mind for next time. The garden was rather lively with it's magical frogs and fish too. It's honestly a nice setup, even if he finds the singing a bit overdone. There are some overgrowth and weeds that were missed here and there and, without thinking, Kazuma starts to work on removing them.

If he's not doing that, he's tending to what's already been planted or helping others plant things into the soil bed.

[B - The Cluckening]

What in hellspawn thought to create giant chickens? Giant by chicken standards at least. Kazuma had found a few wandering around his treehouse this morning, probably to pick at the grubs. There's even a rooster, making it's cock-a-doodle morning call and blocking Kazuma from leaving. Unlike the docile chickens, the rooster proved to be one aggressive beast. He dodges a swipe from it's claws that dig into the bark of the treehouse as he manages to pass through the door.

"Tch. Stupid bird!" This is not how you convince someone to eat chicken. The rooster doesn't seem done with him though, and puffs himself up in a threatening display. Not wanting to have these birds lingering around his home, he draws his blades, stands his ground and they enter a stare down. Who will make the first move?

I once had to restore a story that involved being in the ocean. [Long story.

The fish will stop their singing, or at least switch to humming when Sora starts talking to them. Rather than talk back, they suddenly started a song.]

Go low below the lotus to find the root of your solution!
Taro, taro, taro through the mud to uncover a chestnut!
If you're going green, try spinach and watercress!
But avoid the sweet potato vines.
They're no friend of fish!

[...He shouldn't be surprised the singing fish are...well, singing back an answer.]

But the fish start singing and Sora perks up and starts to laugh.]

Wow, they're really singing! Thanks! You guys know a lot!

[Who knew this place could really be so Disney?]

Uhhh... So if we got that right we should be able to grow stuff like lotus, taro, spinach and watercress?

[Like an acapella, they sing "You're welcome~!" before resuming their swim singing.]

...Yes. [Pardon his slow response. He's still processing what just happened.] I'm familiar with some of those, just never planted them myself. [He wonders if they even grow in this world?] Maybe we'll find something like them, but not quite in this world.

[Now those are some really talented fishies!]

What do you mean? Like dream-spinach? That might be pretty cool.

[What would happen if they did try to grow things in this magical-looking pond? With the way it shimmers different colours and the fish sing it might prove to grow some magical vegetables too.]

I think we should try, we got our work cut out for us.

Yes... [The gears are turning in his head.]

Have you tried imagining a plant into existence?

Uhh...

[Sora tilts his head in thought.]

Nope! ... Could we do that?

[That dream-emotion stuff is one heck of a thing.]

There's no harm in trying. [He's made water and a stake appear so far. Why not a plant? What sort of plant did he want to create though...? Closing his eyes, he thinks about the lotus plant. Simple enough, he can picture the flower easily and the roots for consumption. He imagines it growing in the pond.

After a while, nothing appears to be growing at all in the pond. If one checks by his feet though, a few seeds seem to have form out of thin air.]

[It's really something else to watch the dream-magic in the works. Even if it is a simple concept watching it actually happen right before his eyes is kind of exciting.]

Whoa! Okay, I think you've sorta got it! Maybe I can try to.

[They'll need to have the seeds growing in the pond. So Sora tries to think and dream up that sort of growth as well. But unfortunately with Sora's beaming personality, all that appears are a few baby sunflowers blooming at his feet too.]

Hey... Wait a minute.

[chippedsoul]

[Seeing the results of their attempts, he couldn't help but chuckle.]

I suppose it can't be that easy, but it's a start. [He gathers what few seeds that didn't blossom into anything.] Maybe we'll grow something new this way.

[oathkeeper]

[They give it their best shot! But just like anything else it should take some practice to get it right. Sora kneels to clean up some of the extras and holds a few of the sunflowers blooms in his hand. Maybe he can gift these to someone.]

Yeah, I think this is a pretty good start too. I really can't wait until we can have a ton of different things growing around here. In the planter beds and in the pond. And the greenhouse too! I feel like it's going to really bring all of us together.

[And make some pretty fresh and tasty things cook and eat too. But the community part? That's the best part.]
