[ while acclimating to this place has not been.. easy, per se, elsa has certainly faced more strange and frightening challenges than this. it's just her next big adventure, right? without anna by her side to bolster her spirit, elsa has found herself floundering a little, but - she cannot lean on her sister's bold energy forever, and she's finally broken free of her own self-imposed shackles.

[ living in a tree might seem a bit bizarre at first, but honestly.. she's kind of into it?? it's a disney princess thing. since her journey through ahtohallan elsa has felt more in touch with the energy of the earth than ever, so while she might have grown up in a castle with a large comfortable bed and beautiful arched windows, she can get used to this quite easily. she never quite felt.. at home in the palace, anyway.
but there's work to do, it seems!
harming these creatures doesn't sit particularly well with her - this was their home first, after all, it doesn't seem very fair to force them out. there's more than enough room in these trees for all of them, right? so when elsa finds a lovely hollow to claim - one filled with a giant beetle - she has to stop and think. maybe it can speak..?? this is a dream world after all, isn't it? anything is possible. ]
I don't suppose you would mind moving on, Sir.. Beetle?

festive candy hunt;
[ well if it's one thing that elsa loves, it's festivities. AND candy. chocolate most especially. so when the chance comes for them to stretch their dream wings, as it were, she is all for it.
gaining control of her emotions has been something that elsa has struggled with for quite a long time - her entire life, if she's honest - but in recent years she has grown so much. it comes much more easily now. she thinks of her sister, of olaf, and kristoff, and sven. she thinks of home, of arendelle and her people, she thinks of the great wilds she has only just begun to explore, and with those positive thoughts in mind she begins.. to decorate! disney princess style, naturally. elsa twirls and weaves her hands together, urging great satin bows and glittering garlands to manifest in the twisted branches of the trees, she skates on a runway of ice from tree to tree, laughing while colorful beads burst into being. ]
